PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Virtual events coming up you should access!

Happy Monday, I am excited to begin this year as your new 2022 president. We have a a lot planned for our membership this year. Please continue to watch for event details via email and our Facebook page.

There will be no Lunch & Learn this month as the installation took its place. Which by the way was a huge success. Thank you to my installation committee for all of their hard work and thank you to all of the sponsors and donors of raffle prizes. As always, we couldn’t do it without your support.

I look forward to seeing more engagement from our membership and please reach out if you would like to become part of any of our committees. We’d love to have you.

Annual Dues Billing 2022

Has been sent out, due by January 1, 2022, payable by February 15, 2022 (late fees apply after this date). You can view your billing statement and make payment by going to https://www.nar.realtor/ and selecting pay dues at the top of the page. Please make checks payable to Madera Association of Realtors. You can also call our office for payment.

CRMLS Billing for 1st Quarter

Earn points on your RCE ADF or Re-certification form with these online courses!

The Advanced REALTOR® Association Management (ARAM) course is worth 75 points on the ADF and the Professional Standards course is worth 20 points on the ADF.

Code of Ethics Requirement Deadline

The deadline is December 31st! If you have not submitted certificate of completion please do so as soon as possible. The course is available for free through NAR. Failure to complete requirement will result in suspension.
