PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Virtual events coming up you should access!

Happy Monday,

Please join me in welcoming our newest Board of Directors Daniel Bonilla and Tim Farrell. I would also like to welcome our new committee chairs, Vivianna Figueroa who will be chairing our Membership Outreach, Erica Prado-Affiliate chair, Alex Salazar-LCRC and Andrew Martinez- Government affairs Director. If you would like to participate in any of our committees please reach out to the chair. Don’t forget we also have other committees you can view on our website.

We do have some events coming up in the month of February. Our High School Scholarship committee, chaired by Sarah Turner, will be hosting two Valentine’s Day Paint Nights as well as selling treats for your sweets. Look for the flyers for more information.

C.A.R. is also having their winter meetings starting Tuesday, January 18th via zoom. You can register for the meetings via their website free at car.org.

Annual Dues Billing 2022

Has been sent out, due by January 1, 2022, payable by February 15, 2022 (late fees apply after this date). You can view your billing statement and make payment by going to https://www.nar.realtor/ and selecting pay dues at the top of the page. Please make checks payable to Madera Association of Realtors. You can also call our office for payment.

Earn points on your RCE ADF or Re-certification form with these online courses!

The Advanced REALTOR® Association Management (ARAM) course is worth 75 points on the ADF and the Professional Standards course is worth 20 points on the ADF.

Code of Ethics Requirement Deadline

The deadline is December 31st! If you have not submitted certificate of completion please do so as soon as possible. The course is available for free through NAR. Failure to complete requirement will result in suspension.
