We are heading into February at quite a pace. I would like to remind everyone we have our Scholarship Committee selling Valentine’s Day treats. Place your orders with Sarah Turner. We also have tickets available for our paint nights February 9th and 10th, please see flyer below. I would also like to highlight that February is Black History month. The Black Saints United and the City of Madera will be hosting the 2nd annual Black History month celebration, February 6th from 3 to 4 PM at McNally Park. What a great way to show your support for our community. Lastly, we will have our first Lunch and Learn February 16th at noon at Sugar Pine. Please RSVP with Angelica at MAR office.

Annual Dues Billing 2022 Has been sent out, due by January 1, 2022, payable by February 15, 2022 (late fees apply after this date). You can view your billing statement and make payment by going to https://www.nar.realtor/ and selecting pay dues at the top of the page. Please make checks payable to Madera Association of Realtors. You can also call our office for payment. |

Earn points on your RCE ADF or Re-certification form with these online courses!
The Advanced REALTOR® Association Management (ARAM) course is worth 75 points on the ADF and the Professional Standards course is worth 20 points on the ADF.

Code of Ethics Requirement Deadline
The deadline is December 31st! If you have not submitted certificate of completion please do so as soon as possible. The course is available for free through NAR. Failure to complete requirement will result in suspension.
