Annual Dues Billing 2022

Has been sent out, due February 15, 2022 (late fees apply after this date). An additional C.A.R late fee applies after February 28, 2022. Inactivation will follow. You can view your billing statement and make payment by going to https://www.nar.realtor/ and selecting pay dues at the top of the page. Please make checks payable to Madera Association of Realtors. You can also call our office for payment.

Earn points on your RCE ADF or Re-certification form with these online courses!

The Advanced REALTOR® Association Management (ARAM) course is worth 75 points on the ADF and the Professional Standards course is worth 20 points on the ADF.

Code of Ethics Requirement Deadline

The deadline is December 31st! If you have not submitted certificate of completion please do so as soon as possible. The cycle 6 grace period ends on March 1st, members who have not met the requirement by this date will be terminated. You can check your status and take the course for free through NAR.
