Virtual events coming up you should access!

Happy Monday,

It looks like our active listings are keeping pace with last week. This week we show 48 new listings for Madera County and 17 within the city.  We are here to help be a resource for your business. If you have not had the chance to visit our newly renovated website, please do so. You can update your profile information and gain quick access to CRMLS and FRESNO login. There are many new features in hopes to help easily direct you to everyday resources. We would like to send a BIG THANK YOU to Beth Boren and Sabrina Brown for putting in countless hours to help build our new site. 

 A few reminders for the month of April...

Tomorrow April 12th at 9am  we will be volunteering with a food drive at the Madera Islamic Center. If you are still interested in volunteering please reach out to me directly via email at  alyssia.arredondo@gmail.com .

Our Lunch & Learn is April 20th at 12Pm at Lumber town at the fairgrounds. We will be hosting a meet and greet with our local candidates running for office.

April 27th is Legislative Day in person in Sacramento. We highly encourage your participation to help be an advocate for our association. Please contact our G.A.D. Andrew Martinez or AE Angelica Ramirez for more information.

Annual Dues Billing 2022

Has been sent out, due February 15, 2022 (late fees apply after this date). An additional C.A.R late fee applies after February 28, 2022. Unpaid accounts have been inactivated. You can view your billing statement and make payment by going to https://www.nar.realtor/ and selecting pay dues at the top of the page. Please make checks payable to Madera Association of Realtors. You can also call our office for payment.

CRMLS Billing for 2nd Quarter
Has been sent out, due April 1st, payable by April 6th (late fees apply after this date).

Earn points on your RCE ADF or Re-certification form with these online courses!

The Advanced REALTOR® Association Management (ARAM) course is worth 75 points on the ADF and the Professional Standards course is worth 20 points on the ADF.

New members will receive a registration email

Code of Ethics Requirement Deadline

If you have not submitted certificate of completion please do so as soon as possible. The cycle 6 (last cycle) grace period ended on March 1st, members who were due and have not met the requirement have been inactivated. The cycle 7 (current cycle) deadline is December 31, 2022. You can check your status and take the course for free through NAR.
