Happy Monday,

What a great 3 day weekend to celebrate Memorial Day.We would like to thank all of the service men and women who are or have been a vital part in protecting our freedoms. We salute you!

You may have noticed a dip in listings hitting the market in the past week. We had a total of 39 for Madera County and 12 within the city of Madera. Rates are fluctuating still allowing buyers to qualify and sellers still wanting to take advantage of this market. Let's get out and find those sellers.

We have a busy summer coming up for the association. Please take time to visit our website to view the calendar of events or look out for monday memos.

Important Upcoming dates:

June 15th-12pm- 1:30pm : Lunch & Learn at Edgar's Italian restaurant. Voting ballots will be at the luncheon for our 2023 nominations.

June 16th- Business Extravaganza- Madera Fair Grounds. Please reach out to our AE Angelica if you are interested in participating with your own booth.

July 6th-8am: Golf Tournament for High School Scholarships at Madera Golf and Country Club. Please reach out to Sarah Turner to sign up.

Earn points on your RCE ADF or Re-certification form with these online courses!

The Advanced REALTOR® Association Management (ARAM) course is worth 75 points on the ADF and the Professional Standards course is worth 20 points on the ADF.

The cycle 7 (current cycle) deadline is December 31, 2022. You can check your status and take the course for free through NAR.
