PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Virtual events coming up you should access!

Happy Monday,

What a great start to the month of June. We are just hitting the midpoint and there has been so much activity coming along, as you all may have seen in past memos or social media posts regarding our upcoming events. Listings in Madera County for this past week were at 39. With only 7 of those in the city of Madera. Trends have shown much more activity in the foothills and country. Maybe it's time to get those Airbnbs? 

Reminder, we have our Lunch and Learn this Wednesday June 15th at Edgars Italian Restaurant in Madera. Doors open at 11:45am.  This is also our day of ELECTIONS for M.A.R nominations. Please attend to vote in person or you may drop off your ballot at the MAR office.

Business Extravaganza and Expo is June 16th from 4-8pm. If you would like to sign up for your own booth contact Angelica. For those unable to attend, you can still donate a prize on behalf of your business/office and we will gladly share with the attendees. We would love to have your support at the MAR booth as well. 

We also have our next Education Thursday June 23rd 9:30-10:30am via zoom featuring C2EX training and overview. Look out for the flyer and zoom link.

Our Scholarship committee has been working hard in preparing for our first Golf Tournament. If you would like to donate raffle prizes or become a sponsor please reach out to Angelica at the MAR office. The event is July 8th at the Madera Golf and Country Club. There are still a few golfer spots available.

Earn points on your RCE ADF or Re-certification form with these online courses!

The Advanced REALTOR® Association Management (ARAM) course is worth 75 points on the ADF and the Professional Standards course is worth 20 points on the ADF.

Code of Ethics Requirement Deadline

The cycle 7 (current cycle) deadline is December 31, 2022. You can check your status and take the course for free through NAR. 

Coming Up...

The Scholarship Committee will be presenting Scholarships to recipients. Also, ballots will be available for Realtor board members to vote in MAR election 2022.
