Wow what a month. July was packed with some great fundraisers and events. I want to update you all on the market. Last week for Madera County we had 45 new listings of which only 15 came from the city. We also had 45 sold. As you may hear concerns on the market, I highly encourage you to go to the C.A.R. website where we can get valuable insight on what is to come. New construction has not slowed down, however the builders we have had within the city of Madera are coming to a close as they are near selling out. Riverstone in Madera Ranchos is still busy as ever. Chowchilla has also had new builds recently joining the Pheasant Run community. If you get a chance, take a look and see what they have to offer for your clients.
